I asked myself what would Matt Casale be if he were a food. It took me a while to realize it, and after hours of spending time on wikipedia, i found it. He would be a Fast Casual food. Many of you may not know what "Fast Casual" food is.
So why is casale Fast Casual, listed below are some reasons
- Wants people to think of him as this high class dude, but is actually just a laid back guy
- He provides the same type of service but charges double the price
- He is small, like every sandwhich as cosi.
- He is actually stuffed with marshmallows
- He speaks spanish, and french
- He is the 6th guy
- He is said to be bakery on the corner, but is actually not on a corner.
- He is bros with noodles, and part of the company.

Correct, you are Fast Casual the whole point of that post
some COULD argue Casale is 3-star Michelin rated cuisine. The category refers to food deemed, "exceptional cuisine, worth a special journey"
